IT Support Engineer – Keynsham – Up to £27,000 + Benefits
A market leading software provider are currently seeking a driven IT Support Engineer to join their collaborative networks operations team located. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious organisation with long term progression and an enviable career path.
As the IT Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will involve taking inbound telephone calls, emails and incident requests via the client’s web-based support system. The role is office-based but will require occasional travel for on-site support and project work at customer sites. You will be required to work flexibly and proactively to support projects which are sometimes scheduled over weekends or evenings and be available for emergency response as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who is keen to progress in a fast-paced and busy environment. You will have excellent customer facing skills and a proactive, can-do approach to providing customer solutions.
You will have previous, hands-on experience in IT support (1st/2nd Line, IT Technician, IT Helpdesk, Service Desk etc.), ideally within an MSP environment. As the IT Support Engineer, you will have good, broad IT knowledge (including Windows and Apple), as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
