Application Support Analyst – Chippenham – Up to £35,000 + Benefits
A market leading SaaS provider are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Application Support Analyst to join their collaborative support team.
Reporting to the Support and Operations Manager, the role will involve 2nd line triage of customer support incidents and problems for the client’s application software. You’ll create, implement and manage data fixes and reports, as well as be involved with system configuration and application performance analysis. As the Application Support Analyst, you will log and test fixes and perform some 1st line triage, when necessary.
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent knowledge of application support. You will have a technical skillset including experience of:
• Linux administration
• Desktop and mobile applications, including browsers, mobiles and tablets
• Microsoft Office
As the Application Support Analyst, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work and thrive as part of a tight-knit team.
