A cutting-edge digital agency are currently searching for a skilled Ruby Developer to join their collaborative development team. Although the client’s office is located in Oxford, they have a variety of flexible working options, with fortnightly sprints usually taking place Tuesday-Wednesday and the rest of the time left for you to work remotely if desired. This is a great opportunity to be involved with a growing team as part of an exciting and forward-thinking business.
The client work with well-renowned, global names on web apps, single page applications and rich interactivity in a forward-thinking Ruby environment, hence the need for someone with an excellent understand of Ruby and who is used to developing systems on back-end tools and programming languages. As the Ruby Developer, you’ll have demonstrable commercial experience of working on back-end projects and will be passionate about using and extending your skills across the whole development platform.
As the Ruby Developer, you’ll be professional, assertive and well-organised with the ability to delegate and multi-task under pressure. As the client have multiple projects going through the development team at any one time, you will need to be able to prioritise your workload, whether that be in the office with your team or working remotely. You’ll be a conscientious team player, with a positive outlook and a great sense of perspective.
