Our History

Established in 1980, Real Time Consultants is a privately owned business with a history of providing professional and technical recruitment solutions within IT, PMO, software development and data analytics.

Our proven ability to supply niche skills to these markets has led to the award of long-term contracts across the public and private sector, supplying key resources to cutting-edge technology projects and business-critical programmes.

We work with our clients as a trusted partner and believe in building meaningful long-term relationships, this is evident from the strength of our client base and longevity of our contractors. We partner with organisations across IT, Finance, Government, Defence and Transportation, with services ranging from filling individual positions to establishing entire project teams across the UK and Europe.

We have a fully documented Business Management System certified by SGS, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We continually improve and maintain its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of this International Standard. The scope of accreditation is for the provision of professional recruitment services and project consultancy to niche markets.

Cyber Essentials is a government-backed, industry supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common cyber attacks.
