Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000

Leading opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager in a dynamic environment.
 
The Role
 
Manage customer-facing projects alongside internal deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering Project Management and Product Owners.
Create comprehensive plans for objectives, resources, timelines, and communication frameworks.
Act as the main contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Identify and manage risks for successful programme execution.
Facilitate communication and collaboration through meetings and workshops.
Work closely with senior stakeholders for strategic alignment.
Identify process improvement opportunities for future projects.
Evaluate programme success against goals and capture lessons learned.
 
Skills & Experience
 
Proven success in managing complex projects and programmes.
Experience in agile environments, collaborating across diverse teams.
Adaptability in Programme Management, enhancing established processes.
Proficient communication in technical details and engaging senior stakeholders.
Desire to share knowledge, deeply understanding business dynamics.
Demonstrated ownership, responsibility, adaptability, and pragmatism.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PRINCE 2 / APM qualifications.
