Requirements Manager – Wiltshire – Hybrid – £65K – £70K DoE + Bonus & Great Benefits

An exciting defence consultancy who specialises in cyber security, P3M and Technical consultancy work are looking for a Requirements Manager to join their team.

Job Title: SC Cleared Requirements Manager

Location: Wiltshire (hybrid basis with regular site visits)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 dependent on experience

Key Skills: You must hold active SC/DV Clearance, and have experience working in Defence/on MoD projects

The Job:

As the Requirements Manager you will be responsible for communicating and promoting the product vision to all stakeholders against a RACI model. Your other daily duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Developing the product vision into working business adoption of the solution.
• Work closely and communicate with the key stakeholders any requirements related status or development, coordinate stakeholder engagement in the process.
• Manage the product vision for the project whilst ensuring it aligns to the solution.
• Define scope and business priorities for small-scale changes and assist in larger scale scoping exercises
• Analyse requirements for adherence to business objectives and for consistency, challenging positively as appropriate
• Identifies and work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements
• Understanding of how to interpret Use Cases
• Facilitate scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives of medium size and complexity
• Select appropriate techniques for the elicitation of detailed requirements taking into account the nature of the required changes, established practice, characteristics and culture of those providing the requirements
• Drive the requirements elicitation process where necessary, identifying what stakeholder input is required
• Take responsibility for the investigation and application of changes to programme scope
• Assess, analyse, develop, document and implement changes based on requests for change
• Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for large or complex changes
• Take responsibility for the investigation and application of changes to programme scope
• Identify the impact on business requirements of external impacts affecting a programme or project

About You:

The Requirements Manager will need the following for the role, DV/SC Sole UK National, Defence/MoD industry experience and experience of stakeholder management. You will have experience in the following:

• Using and administration of Requirement Management software
• DOORS and DOORS NG
• Demonstratable requirements management experience preferably within Defence
• Collaborative individual
