Role: Microsoft 365 Lead
Location: Firm wide
Salary: £52,000 – £60,000

A national law firm is looking for a Microsoft 365 Lead to join their IT team on a permanent basis. They specialise in Real Estate, Property Litigation, Renewable Energy, Debt Recovery, and many more sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert for all Microsoft applications which the company use.
• Support the IT Director in the development and implementation of the Firm’s M365 Route Map.
• Oversight of M365 application stack (including Azure Portal and the administration of M365 groups).
• Development of business solutions using cloud technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Forms, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Consult and support internal business partners and key stakeholders in relation to M365.
• Creation and upkeep of governance policy and technical documentation.
• Ensure that the client is utilising their 365 licensing.

Key skills:

• Proven experience of working with Microsoft technologies and collaboration projects.
• Experience in advising senior leaders as well as other stakeholders.
• An understanding of cloud technologies within M365.
• Knowledge of the information security and data protection challenges faced by businesses and the challenges relating to M365.
• Experience of taking part in projects, business analysis, developing and implementing solutions.
