Role: Contract Project Construction Manager (Nights)
Location: London
Salary: £350 – £450 per day 
Clearance: Airside Pass

Real Time Consultants are currently seeking a Project Construction Manager Contractor for a client in London. THeir will be a big focus on employee and subcontractor management, monitoring compliance and ensuring work is carried out to industry and legal standards. 

Duties

• Oversee construction works 
• Coordinate workers and sub contractors 
• Tracking inventory 
• Plan to prevent problems 
• Ensure quality construction 
• Understanding of QHSE
• Collate reports for handover 
• Management of RAMS 

Skills

• Excellent communicator 
• Experience in similar role 
• Resilient, organised and detail focussed
• Confident to raise issues and brief staff
