Role: Contract Project Construction Manager (Nights)
Location: London
Salary: £350 – £450 per day
Clearance: Airside Pass
Real Time Consultants are currently seeking a Project Construction Manager Contractor for a client in London. THeir will be a big focus on employee and subcontractor management, monitoring compliance and ensuring work is carried out to industry and legal standards.
Duties
- Oversee construction works
- Coordinate workers and sub contractors
- Tracking inventory
- Plan to prevent problems
- Ensure quality construction
- Understanding of QHSE
- Collate reports for handover
- Management of RAMS
Skills
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in similar role
- Resilient, organised and detail focussed
- Confident to raise issues and brief staff
