Role:
As a Junior Customer Relationship Manager in the B2B Sales division of the Furniture Industry, you will play a vital role in nurturing and expanding our business relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the senior sales team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in sales and build a career in account management.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill customer orders and requests.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services and products.
- Sales Support:
- Assist senior sales professionals in identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and report them to the sales team.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, customer satisfaction, and sales pipeline.
- Analyze data to assess customer behavior and preferences, aiding in sales strategy development.
- Training and Development:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry advancements.
- Participate in sales and product training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate customer relationships to drive business growth and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Initiate proactive outreach to existing customers and engage in business development with dealers.
- Collaborate with Field Sales to coordinate profitable site visits.
- Communicate with customers about order progress, stock availability, and lead times.
- Provide support to team colleagues and sales coordinators as needed.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Promote additional product and service adoption.
- Advise customers on upcoming product developments and special promotions.
- Provide accurate cost calculations and deliver formal quotations using Odoo, meeting business standards.
- Report activities and maintain pipeline accuracy through CRM management.
- Gain a deep understanding of customers’ businesses and needs.
- Develop account plans in conjunction with Field Sales.
- Work with the Commercial team to protect and grow channel profits.
- Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge, techniques, and skills as required.
- Participate in site visits as necessary.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, sharing relevant information.
- Attend industry exhibitions and networking events as needed, relaying market changes and buying trends to the company.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

The Role
