Our Award winning Reg Tech client is looking to recruit an experience Head of Sales Operations / CRM Manager ( FTC) . With strong experience of CRM , change management , change request , implementation of chnage. 
The Head of Sales Operations / CRM Manager with be responsible for

the CRM change management process (change request, Impact analysis, Implement change, Test, Release)
Actively Manage CRM tool book of work and development resource allocation
Communicate progress updates and timeline to relevant stakeholders
Define user acceptance testing process
Manage CRM data.

Reporting and Analytics
Define reports and dashboards in CRM for users and senior management
Gatekeeper for any new reporting/ analytic request for teams using CRM
Perform sales forecasting

Knowledge of regulatory reporting and financial services would also be required

QA Engineer – Test Engineer – Central London ( Hybrid) 

Skills – QA , Tester , manual , agile , test script , jira , xray , API , Linux ( Ubuntu / Debian) 

£40,000 to £45000 plus extensive benefits.

Our client is looking for QA Engineer / Test Engineer to work with Agile teams . The role is working on Software and Security solutions into Defence and Government projects. The Test Engineer may require SC security clearance and needs 5 years UK residency.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with developers and the product owner. Your testing responsibilities will extend beyond the surface, requiring a profound understanding of the product to strategically focus and enhance testing activities.
