Senior Commercial Analyst – London – Onsite – £35K – £40K DoE
An exciting Insights Agency who specialises in Media, Technology and Telecommunications markets are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join their team.
Job Title: Senior Commercial Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Depending on Experience, 21 days holidays plus bank holidays, 3% Pension (benefits package under review)
Key skills: PowerPoint, account and client management, and presentation skills
The Job:
As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for client account management and delivering actionable insights to clients. Your other daily details will include but will not be limited to:
- Creatively visualising and analysing trends and insights.
- Work closely and communicate with internal decision-makers and external clients and coordinate their engagement in the process.
- Becoming a market expert through the use of a range of data sources.
- A strong team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About you:
The Commercial Analyst will need the following for the role, demonstrable PowerPoint experience and experience of creating and reporting presentations:
- 2-3 years’ experience.
- Must be able to create visualisations for both qualitative and quantitative data sources.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and Accuracy.
- Self-starter with an ability to manage deliverables simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and innovation.

This is a great opportunity to join of the UK’s most well-known consultancies in tech where you will work directly with my clients current and potential new clients across a range of industries, supporting them in realising their Customer Experience Vision and Strategy.
The Job
As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing current eco-systems (processes, systems, technology) to identify gaps against the customer experience vision and make clear recommendations to address these. Utilising your industry knowledge and contact center expertise, create efficiencies and enhance user and customer experience by optimising processes through eliminating waste and leveraging technology to integrate and automate processes and tasks. Improving C-SAT and reducing cost-to-serve, support clients in creating and implementing industry leading Digital-First Omni-Channel customer experience strategies to meet customer and client needs (i.e. introducing new digital channels, knowledge management, automation).
About You
You will have a passion and desire to improve customer experience and support clients on their journey, experience improving customer journeys to improve customer experience outcomes, exceptional contact centre knowledge and expertise, with proven delivery of solutioning in contact centres, with an understanding of the levers for KPI delivery and to enhance desired customer experience outcomes, Contact Center operational knowledge, knowledge of simple automation principles; call deflection, webchat, conversational AI, chat bot, working knowledge of contact centers solutions (i.e. Zendesk/AWS/Genesys Cloud) advantageous.
