Java Developer – London, Birmingham or Manchester – £50,000 – £65,000 (One Stage Interview Process, 95% Remote!)

We’re working with one of the UK’s leading digital transformation companies to help them find Java Developers with a desire to progress to Senior in the next few years; if you’re wanting to work with Java 17, Java 8 Docker, Kubernetes with TDD practices already in place and wanting to get hands on with React and TypeScript on the front end (experience not necessary)– then this could be the right opportunity for you. As to be appreciative of your time, it’s a one stage interview process.

Their teams have recently built all of the in restaurant digital services for the world’s largest food corporation, built the digital offerings for one of the world’s busiest airports and now they have an increased capacity for Java Developers to come in and become fundamental to the direction of their largest digital projects; the rebuilding one of the UK’s most used Digital Finance Platforms. If you want your code to be used by millions (not an exaggeration) then this is for you!

Job Title: Java Developer

Location: London, Birmingham or Manchester

Salary: £50k – £65k

Key Skills:
At least 3 years Software development experience using Java and experience using Java, Docker and AWS in a TDD environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the ability to take on multiple responsibilities and who is a quick learner. You will also need at least 5 years Software development experience using Java and have experience working in a TDD environment, with AWS, Docker, Git and Kubernetes experience being a benefit. Must be comfortable working with Unix based systems.
