Senior Digital Business Analysis Manager – Central London – Up to £100,000 + 20% Bonus, 10% Pension & Benefits Package
A global banking corporation based in Central London are looking for a Senior Digital Business Analysis Manager to join and lead their growing BA function and contribute to the delivery of world class digital projects.
As the Senior Digital Business Analysis Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Digital Analysts who will undertake a variety of activities to deliver sprint-ready requirements, whilst developing effective working relationships with SMEs and engineering delivery teams through the adoption of Agile. You’ll also work with Digital Analysis Managers to set the benchmark for the quality of requirements output, constantly reviewing the process in order to optimise the transition from programme to ongoing releases. The other duties of your role will include, but won’t be limited to:
• Contributing to the delivery of the BA discipline, ensuring consistency in the roll out of the requirements management activity across a number of different regions
• Progress reporting and governance of requirements activity
• Working with local and global stakeholders in order to meet the strategic digital goals
• Developing and promoting a customer-centric ethos, using insight to continuously enhance the user experience, increasing loyalty, advocacy and retention
• Cultivating an environment that supports diversity and reflects the brand
The ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of leading and running business analysis practices with teams of over 10 members and with a broad range of analytical skills. In these practices, you will have been strongly involved with people management, including recruitment, performance management and talent planning, as well as being responsible for setting the overall direction of the function.
As the Senior Digital Business Analysis Manager, you’ll have an excellent understanding of Agile and UCD methodologies, combined with a strong commercial focus and the ability to balance risks versus rewards, maximising cost effectiveness and profitability. You will have pragmatic decision-making skills and strong relationship management skills to satisfy wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities.
In addition to a highly competitive salary of up to £100,000, you will receive a 20% bonus, 10% pension and a generous benefits package to be disclosed on application.
